NEW:   SHARED OWNERSHIP HOUSING & PRESERVATION PILOT PROGRAM

This comprehensive program aims to preserve coop, condo, and townhome properties by working with governing bodies to improve operations and governance, connect to resources, plan for capital improvements, and to turnaround properties in areas at risk of homeowner loss and displacement.  For an overview, click here.  First step is to fill out the Request for Assistance survey.
