DOH Five Year Plan

Chicago’s Department of Housing first began issuing 5 year plans detailing its spending and production goals in response to CRN’s Affordable Housing and Community Jobs Campaign in 1994. CRN has continued to work with the city to identify new goals each time the plan comes up for renewal. The current 5 Year Plan sets production targets for 2004-2005: CRN assembled Recommendations to help inform this plan as it was being written, as well as an Analysis of the plan after it was complete.
